Verify a land record.
Anyone can check the public parts of a record here, no sign-in needed: where the plot is, its size and class, who holds it, whether anything is charged against it, and whether land revenue is paid. Amounts and contact details are not shown.
An encumbrance is a claim on the land by someone other than the holder, such as a mortgage or a court order. Land revenue is the yearly tax on the plot; "pending" means at least one year is unpaid. The audit trail lists every change made to the record and checks that none was altered afterwards.
